Criminal lawyer, focused on the advocacy of white-collar and nonwhite-collar criminal cases, before Mexican Federal authorities throughout the country, as well as local ones in Mexico City.

He obtained his law degree from Universidad Anáhuac in 2004; in 2007 he finalized his Masters’ Degree studies in Constitutional Procedural Law in Universidad Panamericana; he received a Masters’ Degree in Criminal Law in 2008 and a Masters’ Degree in Justice Administration in 2009, both from the Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Penales; he also obtained an LL.M. degree from the New York University School of Law in 2011, where he was the recipient of the George Colin Award. In 2016, he attended the Trial Practice Institute of the National Criminal Defense College alumnus.
